Washing Instructions: Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild, color-safe detergent. Always separate your T-shirts from items with zippers, hooks, or rough materials that could damage the fabric. For dark-colored T-shirts, wash them separately to prevent color bleeding.

Bleaching: Only use non-chlorine bleach when absolutely necessary. Avoid bleach as it can weaken fabric and fade colors over time.

Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or hang-dry in the shade to preserve the fabric's longevity. Avoid dry cleaning. Ironing

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, do so on a low heat setting, inside-out, to protect prints and designs. Never iron directly on the decoration.

Please note: that all our T-shirts are made from 100% cotton. For the best results, kindly follow the care instructions. Proper maintenance will help extend the life of your T-shirt and keep it looking great for years to come.

Returns Policy

1.Damaged or Defective Products Returns: If a product is misprinted, damaged, or defective, claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.Customers must provide unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product and original packaging. Claims submitted after 7 days will incur reprinting charges. Proof of defects: If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, we are not liable for refunds/replacement of such products. Note: Refunds are issued only for defective products or errors on our part. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with video proof.

2.Wrong Size or Non-Defective Returns: Wrong Size or Non-Defective Returns: Exchanges for incorrect size selection or non-defective reasons will be processed after discussion with our Support Team. 3.Size Discrepancies: If the size received does not match the order, provide images of the product and measurements for review with our production team. Measurement tolerance: Please be aware that a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel products and is not eligible for returns or refunds.

4.Lost in Transit: Refunds will be issued for items lost during transit once the shipping status confirms the item as lost.

5.Unboxing Guidelines: Customers should unbox packages carefully. Refunds or replacements will not be possible if the package is damaged during unboxing unless supported by an unboxing video and images of the courier cover.

6.Damaged Packages on Delivery: If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, kindly mention the damage in the courier's delivery remarks. This will help us process refunds or claims with the courier service.

7.Refund without any Reason: 250 INR logistic charge will be deducted from the total refund when request a refund without any damage, with the remaining balance credited to your account

8.Fulfillment Timeline: Our standard production time is 1-5 days based on the product & printing options. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination

9.Order Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by Connecting without Support Team. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be canceled. If the order is prepaid, a full refund will be issued upon cancellation.

If a package is returned and needs to be reshipped, the customer must cover the re-shipment cost(50-100 Rs) within 50 days. Additionally, a handling cost(20-50 Rs) will apply for storage for 50 days
