    Unfortunately, after 2 hours, orders are immediately processed and cannot be canceled.

  • How long does delivery take?
    Delivery typically takes 2-7 days for domestic orders. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather disruptions or shipping partner delays.

  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, you will receive an email about the tracking information.

  • How much will shipping cost?
    Prepaid Orders – Free shipping
    COD orders below ₹699 – ₹30 shipping fee
    COD orders ₹699 or above – Free shipping

  • What if my address is incorrect?
    If the shipping information you provide is incorrect and the package is returned, you will be responsible for the re shipping costs (₹50-100) and handling fees (₹20-50). These costs must be paid within 30 days, after which the product will be discharged.

  • How can I ensure successful delivery?
    Ensure that your address is correct, the COD amount is ready (if applicable), and you are available to receive the package. If delivery is unsuccessful due to any of these reasons, you will bear the additional shipping costs.

  • What are the charges for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

    COD orders below ₹699 – A nominal charge of ₹30 will apply.
    COD orders of ₹699 or above – Shipping is free.

  • Do I need to pay COD charges if I prepay my order?
    No, COD charges do not apply to prepaid orders.

  • Are there any additional COD processing fees?
    There are no extra charges for COD transactions besides the delivery fees mentioned above.

Size FAQs

  • How do I determine my size?
    We provide a detailed size chart on each product page above the “Add to Cart” button. 

  • What if the size I received doesn’t match the order?
    If there is a size discrepancy, please provide pictures and measurements of the product for verification with our production team. A tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for all apparel products, and it is not eligible for returns.

Damaged Product FAQs

  • What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with unboxing videos and images of the product and its packaging for us to process a replacement or refund.

  • What if I don’t have a video for damaged products?
    Unfortunately, if you don’t provide an unboxing video with your claim, we cannot verify the cause of damage and will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

  • Can I return non-defective products?
    Exchanges or returns due to incorrect sizing or non-defective reasons will be considered after discussion with our support team. The exchange cost may be covered by you or us, depending on the situation.

  • How do I request a refund without any Reason?
    Refund requests must be made within the timeline specified for your order. If you request a refund without any defect, we will deduct a ₹250 logistic charge from the total refund amount.

  • What happens if my product is lost in transit?
    If your product is lost in transit, once the status confirms it as lost, we will issue a full refund.
