1.Refund & Replacement, Cancellation, Policy:
Damaged or Defective Products Returns:
If a product is misprinted, damaged, or defective, claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Customers must provide unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product and original packaging.
Claims submitted after 7 days will incur reprinting charges.
Proof of defects: If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, we are not liable for refunds/replacement of such products.
Note: Refunds are issued only for defective products or errors on our part. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with video proof.
2.Wrong Size or Non-Defective Returns:
Exchanges for incorrect size selection or non-defective reasons will be processed after discussion with our Support Team. The exchange cost may be covered by the customer or by us, depending on the product. Check out our Size-Chart guide.
3.Size Discrepancies:
If the size received does not match the order, provide images of the product and measurements for review with our production team.
Measurement tolerance: Please be aware that a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel products and is not eligible for returns or refunds.
5.Lost in Transit:
Refunds will be issued for items lost during transit once the shipping status confirms the item as lost.
4.Unboxing Guidelines:
Customers should unbox packages carefully. Refunds or replacements will not be possible if the package is damaged during unboxing unless supported by an unboxing video and images of the courier cover.
5.Damaged Packages on Delivery:
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, kindly mention the damage in the courier's delivery remarks. This will help us process refunds or claims with the courier service.
6.Refund without any Reason:
250 INR logistic charge will be deducted from the total refund when request a refund without any damage, with the remaining balance credited to your account
7.Fulfillment Timeline:
Our standard production time is 1-5 days based on the product & printing options. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination
8.Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by Connecting without Support Team. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be canceled. If the order is prepaid, a full refund will be issued upon cancellation.
